Open Position: Marketing Manager

DGG (Darmstadt Graphics Group GmbH) is a deep tech startup located in Darmstadt, Germany. Being the creators of RapidPipeline, we are providing the world’s leading platform for automated 3D data processing, used by leading innovators such as Adobe, Shopify, adidas, and many more clients from 20+ countries world-wide, on more than 4.5 million 3D assets to date.
Join our team as a “Marketing Manager” and support us in increasing our number of B2B Enterprise leads and strengthening our brand’s global positioning for the Enterprise sector and related target persona.
Your Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Elaborating marketing development plans
- Developing & executing marketing strategies to optimally support growth of our customer base
- Ensuring a strong brand and consistent corporate design through the creation of sales / marketing materials (print & digital such as case studies, white papers, presentations, video scripts) as well external & internal templates
- Planning, organizing & executing physical industry events as well as planning & organizing our presence at trade fairs, exhibitions & other events
- Establishing PR communication with journalists, bloggers, and market opinion leaders
- Putting together & sending out regular newsletters
- Deepening our understanding of the user and their mindset
- Assisting in the facilitation of an optimal user journey
Assisting in Digital Marketing & contents generation as well as enhancing our messaging & branding through several channels (Website, Blog, Social Media, SEO & Podcast Content Production)
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, including:
- Account-Based Marketing
- Analysis, Definition & Targeting of User Persona
- Branding & Corporate Design
- PR
- Events Organization
- Mailings
- Digital Marketing, SEO page creation
- Blog, webinars, websites and landing page creation
- Social media posting
- hands-on, flexible, data-driven, solution-oriented, cross-functional, team spirit
- Previous start-up experience and experience with Marketing of High-Value B2B Enterprise Software would be an advantage
- Background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science / Data Science / Engineering, Economics & Engineering, or similar
- Passion for innovative software products
Experience in the 3D / XR / Data Processing / eCommerce or CAD Tooling / ... space is a plus
